How product verification works
Every authentication record is tied to the scratch code, serial number and batch number.
Reveal the code
Scratch the authentication panel on the original pack and enter the unique scratch code.
Get the result
On a successful first verification, the complete product record is displayed and the code is marked used.
One-time authentication
A scratch code is intended to be consumed after a successful verification.
- First valid verification → Verified Authentic
- Same code again → Verification Already Used / Expired
- Wrong combination → Details could not be authenticated
